My Yoga Adventure

I completed my first 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Amy Sulva in 2005, followed by a 180 hours of Kripalu YTT at WYC in 2006. I taught weekly classes, lead workshops and hosted destination retreats for many years. I have been priviledged and honored to study with teachers from all over the world in many disciplines, attending workshops, trainings, and conferences on the U.S.East Coast, the Caribbean, Central America, Spain, and California.

I Love Yoga.

I love sharing yoga with others, especially teaching newbies. Most recently, I have focused on private yoga sessions for theraputic purposes, leading introduction series for individuals preparing for group classes, and occasionally presenting at conferences. Though Covid has changed alot in my personal and professional practice, I look forward to incorporating virtual yoga into my life and business as much as possible.

A gift that keeps on giving...

There are many documented benefits of yoga for the physical body and its enhancements for mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Yet, internal effects are not the only rewards. When I show up on my mat, I show up as a better human in Life. I am more present as a parent, more appreciative of my family, more supportive as a friend, and more engaged as a healer. I feel it. Others experience it. While my yoga practice is indeed a dedication to my own self-care, my commitment to it is also one of the greatest gifts I can give to others.

May your yoga journey always be a gift to your life that reciprocates your best to all!
